We lived in Johor Bahru when I was 4-6 years old. There seemed to be a lot of change although I remembered very little of the town and places. We did lots of shopping, went ten pin bowling and swam. When the kids were at home we swam, played dodge ball and indoor cricket and walked their dog. At the condominium they live in there is a 20 metre pool, a gym, squash courts and tennis courts!
We also went to a lot of restaurants that we went to when we lived there and some new ones too. I was sleeping in the kid’s room so every morning I would get up at quarter to 7 and we would have breakfast, walk the dog and then take the kids to school all before half past seven.
It was fun to be back in Malaysia and it brought back lots of memories but Australia is still my number one place to be.
